- Managed the construction, electrical and technical design, equipment installation and 7/24 operation of the Data Center and Operations Center of CreditEurope Bank Russia (2004)
- Overhauled the data centers of Credit Europe banks worldwide (2003-2005)
- Planned and managed the technology strategy, investments, projects and IT teams of FIBA group companies such as Credit Europe Bank Holland, Romania, Russia, Switzerland, Germany, Ukraine, FIBA Sigorta, Finans GYO, ACEV (2002-2008)
- Coordinated and sponsored the re-engineering of IT infrastructure, data center design and the development and launch of the full banking software for Credit Europe Bank Russia. Locally managed the year long project in 2005 with Turkish and Russian engineers and bankers, which was completed on-time, on-budget and was the major enabler for the Bank’s retail banking initiative
