Having graduated from TED Ankara College, Maro holds a B.S. degree from Middle East Technical University and an M.S. degree from University of Toronto. She worked as a Software Engineer in the innovative software company Informart/Canada between 1981-86, then as a Systems Engineer for 2,5 years in the IT company of Yapi Kredi Bank, and then as the manager of Technical Support and Director of Strategic Research and Planning of the IT company of Akbank for 11 years. She joined Finansbank as the Executive Vice President and CIO and led the technical transformation initiative of the Bank between 1999 – 2010. During this period, a total overhaul of the technology and processes of the Bank and its subsidiaries worldwide have been successfully completed. Meanwhile she also founded the IT company of Finansbank (IBTech) and managed its best-of-breed production and operations. On December 2010, she founded her own IT company and is now working as a Consultant, in addition to acting as the Chairman of the Board.
Having graduated from Istanbul Robert College, Akatlı holds Mathematics and Psychology degrees from Northwestern University and has completed the MBA programme of Columbia University. She worked as an investment banking analyst in J.P.Morgan Chase, New York for 3,5 years and is the co-founder and partner of Maroteknoloji. Akatli is the Vice Chairman and is responsible for managing financial and strategic planning initiatives, in addition to overall company affairs.
Having graduated from TED Ankara College, Şatana holds Economics degree from Gazi University. Between 1987 and 2011, he worked as Deputy General Manager at Finansbank as well as serving as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Fiba Factoring, Girişim Factoring, Finans Invest and as Vice Chairman of Finans Leasing. Having worked in Demirören Group for one year as the Holding Executive Board Chairman in 2011, Şatana worked in the Energy, LPG and Fuel sectors, and also served as Board Member at Milliyet and Vatan Newspapers. In 2012, he served as the Chairman, Vice Chairman and Board Member of Kazancı Holding for 5 years.. He is currently a Board Member at Detur International Holding B.V. Şatana continued his career as CEO of Doğan Holding in 2017, and was a Board Member of the group companies in the fields of media, TV, energy and finance. Yağmur Şatana has led important change and transformation projects in the fields of financial management, risk management, growth, project finance and marketing management throughout his career. Şatana joined Maroteknoloji as a Board Member in March 2021.
Having graduated from Uskudar American Academy, Karadere holds Bachelors and Masters degrees from Boğaziçi University Industrial Engineering Department. Between 1987 and 2018, she was responsible for Sales and Distribution, Services Delivery, and Value Creation for all industries in IBM Turkey, IBM Asia Pacific and IBM Central Eastern Europe; and was actively working in developing and implementing strategic digital transformation programs for large enterprises. With industry expertise in Banking, Telco, Public, Travel–Transport and recently in Oil&Gas Sectors, Gulseli operated in a global, multi-cultural environment leveraging key expertise within IBM Corporation and its echo-system. Recently she was the CEO of an IBM Joint Venture with SOCAR in Baku, enabling business and IT transformation for SOCAR and developing Digital and IT Skills for the country. She is recognised for her leadership skills and enabling trusted development of external partnerships with clients and suppliers. Karadere joined Maroteknoloji as a Steering Committe Member in April 2022.
Having graduated from Galatasaray High School and subsequently Marmara University’s Labor Economics and Industrial Relations programme, Aldemir worked as a systems analyst in Pamukbank during the first 2 years of his career. After working for 4 years in Demirbank and 1 year in İktisat Bank as a senior analyst, he held the role of manager in HSBC for 10 years. After working in Odeabank as Business Solutions Director in Odeabank for 7,5 years, Aldemir joined Maroteknoloji as Senior Consultant in December 2019. He is responsible from the business development and sales activities of the Company.
Cerik holds Electrical Engineering degree from Yıldız Technical University and began her career as a Software Specialist at IBM Turk. Between 1997 and 2016, within the IBM organization, she successfully fulfilled various roles and responsibilities spanning from expertise in technology services, sales operations, procurement, marketing, and shared services, to eventually leading at a country level. She also managed several local and regional teams. From 2016 to 2019, working as a business and executive consultant, she contributed to technology projects focused on change and growth strategies. In 2019, she joined Cisco Turkey as Customer Success Executive and effectively served as a Customer Success Executive and CX Leader for the Service Providers for 4 years. In November 2023, Cerik joined Maroteknoloji as COO.
Özer holds Industrial Engineering degree from Middle East Technical University and MBA from Koç University. He worked as an Assistant Manager in Fortis Bank and Arkas Holding during the first 5 years of his career. He then fulfilled duties as Data Warehouse, Business Analysis and Project Coordination Group Manager at Intertech and Tradesoft for 4 years, System Development Manager at Eurobank for 2 years and IT and Finance Group Director at Timur Real Estate. In 2012, he joined Odeabank for eleven year as Head of Project Management, Business Analysis and Application Support. Özer joined Maroteknoloji in February 2024 as Head of Services.
Having graduated from Marmara University’s Political Science and International Relations programme, Karabacak worked as an HR Associate in Bimsa during the first 2 years of her career. Subsequently, she successfully continued her duties as a Recruitment and Career Management Specialist at Finansbank for 6 years and as Human Resources Assistant Manager at Tam Factoring for about 4 years. After working in Gelecek Varlık as HR Manager for 5 years, Karabacak joined Maroteknoloji as HR Director in November 2023. Karabacak is also a Professional Erickson Coach.
Özkaragoz who has nearly 17 years of sales experience graduated from Anadolu University International Relations and started his career as Tele Sales Account Manager at Mobilnet, where he sold bulk SMS and top-ups to portfolio customers for 2 years. Later, he worked as a Small Business Account Manager at Teknoplus for 2 yearts and had successful accomplishments in the management of small-scale companies. Within Turkcell, he served a wide range of customers by serving in various positions such as closed portfolio management, sales of fixed and mobile solution products for 7 years. He successfully managed the sales and installation processes of all fixed and mobile solution products. In his Vodafone career of 6 years, he achieved significant success in the management of strategic accounts such as large-scale companies and the education sector. He specialized in customer management and new customer acquisition in the energy sector. Lastly, he worked as Data Center Solutions Sales Manager and Key Account Manager at NGN Information Technologies for a year and joined Maroteknoloji as IT Consultancy Business Unit Lead in July 2024.
Maltepe holds a degree in Industrial Engineering and Economics from Koç University. He has 7 years of experience in product development and innovation management. He played a pivotal role in Neol’s ($5.2M funded startup) growth as a founding team member, driving expansion in strategy, sales, partnerships, and customer experience. As a Ventures Coordinator, Maltepe actively engaged in corporate innovation projects. He further contributed to the entrepreneurial ecosystem by developing the co-founder model for Atölye Ventures and investing in high potential startups. As an accelerator program specialist at KWORKS, he mentored over 200 startups and made significant contributions to their fundraising efforts and growth journeys. Maltepe joined Maroteknoloji as Business Development & Account Manager in June 2024.
After graduating from Middle East Technical University Computer Engineering, Öztürk worked in several IT companies during the first years of his career. He started off in the financial sector as of 1996 and worked as a System Specialist at Akbank’s IT company Aknet. Later, he worked as the Director responsible for system & network infrastructures in Finansbank’s IT company IBTech for 12 years. Öztürk joined Maroteknoloji as a Lead Consultant in July 2011 and worked in MUFG and LCWaikiki projects. He then managed the System and Network teams of Aktifbank and Fibabanka for about 5 years. Öztürk joined Maroteknoloji again as a Principal System & Network Consultant in July 2020.
After graduating from Marmara University Computer Engineering programme, Turan worked as a Software Engineer at Takasbank for 1 year. In the following 11 years, Turan built his career in Alternatifbank working as a software developer and application architect. In his final year at Alternatifbank he was the Manager of the Software Development Department. In December 2012, Turan joined Maroteknoloji as a Senior Consultant, where he was part of multiple software development and product design projects. Subsequently, he took on the roles of IT Manager for DD Mortgage for 10 months and Associate Director at Bank of Tokyo for 2.5 years. Turan joined Maroteknoloji again as a Director and Principal Software Consultant in September 2018.
Rastgeldi holds Computer Engineering degree from Ege University and completed the Knowledge and Information Systems Management Masters Programme of University of Southampton at UK in 2012. Over the course of 19 years, he has successfully completed numerous projects for major banks in Turkey such as Akbank, Garanti Teknoloji, YKB, TEB and İş Bank, serving in roles including consultant, software engineer, technical lead and product owner. After his previous 5 years of Maroteknoloji experience, Rastgeldi re-joined Maroteknoloji as Master Software Consultant and Product Owner in January 2024.
After graduating from Yildiz Technical University Computer Engineering programme, Aksu worked as a Software Engineer for about 2 years in Pamukbank. She worked as an Application Development Specialist for about 7 years in BKM and worked as a Project Manager for 2 years in Esbank. Then, she worked as a System Development Manager and System Analysis & Project Management Group Manager in AKK Provus for 5,5 years. Finally, Aksu worked as a Project and Program Manager in Turk Ekonomi Bankası for 10 years and joined Maroteknoloji as a Senior Consultant in May 2017.
Having graduated from Üsküdar American Academy, Basaran holds a BA degree in Economics from Bogazici University. She worked in the Finance department of Assan company for 2 years. Then she worked in Sumerbank, Dışbank and Abank for five years as a business analyst on credit card applications. She worked for 5 years in Garanti Bank as a business analyst, and worked as manager in business analysis department of Finansbank/IBTech for 5 years responsible for call center applications. Basaran joined Maroteknoloji in August 2012.
Anil holds a Mathematics Engineering degree from Istanbul Technical University and has worked as a business analyst for 1 year in Hak Securities, 2 years at Oyakbank, 11 years at HSBC and as a business analysis manager at Şekerbank for 1 year. Anıl joined Maroteknoloji in October 2012 as a Consultant. She has done extensive work on re-engineering of credit applications and on the development of the Factoring package in HSBC.
Ms. Parkan holds a Bachelors degree from Atatürk Education Institute. Having worked in Dogus Holding for 5 years and in Imar Bank for 6 years as a systems programmer, she joined Alternatfibank as a Team Leader for 16 years. After working for a year in HSBC’s transformation project as a Consultant, Parkan joined Maroteknoloji in December 2019.
After graduating from Istanbul Technical University’s, Department of Mathematical Engineering, Gürleyici worked as an Analyst at Tekstil Bank and Türk Ticaret Bankası for the first 5 years of her career. Later, she worked as a System Development Specialist at Baysis Software House for 2 years. After working as a System Analyst at İktisat Bank for 7 years, she worked as a Senior Project Manager at HSBC Bank for 18 years. Gürleyici joined Maroteknoloji as a Consultant in February 2022.
After graduating from Boğaziçi University Computer Programming Department, Gün worked as a Programmer for 3 years at Sinangil Holding. Afterwards, she worked at Demirören Group of Companies, Anadolu Industry and Ulker Holding as Analyst Programmer for about 7 years, and worked as Project Leader at Koçbank for 4 years. Later, she worked at Intertech, Adres Bilgisayar and HSBC as Business Analysis and Project Manager for 23 years. Gün joined Maroteknoloji as a Consultant in July 2023.

Afterwards, she worked as an instructor at Şişli Training Centre for a year and as Automation Department Supervisor at Pamukbank for about 4 years. Afterwards, she worked as Project Manager at Garanti Teknoloji for 10 years and moved on to Garanti Factoring where she worked as Senior Vice President in the IT department for 2 years. She was a partner of Cure Consultancy for 8 years. Çankaya, who worked as a Consultant at Plomax Technology for a short time, joined Maroteknoloji in October 2023.
Having graduated from Yıldız Technical University Computer Engineering Department, Mutlu worked as a Senior Software Specialist in Turkey Maritime Enterprises and Vodafone for the first 21 years of his career. He then worked as a Senior Software Specialist at MasterCard, Provus and Paycore for 11.5 years. Mutlu joined Maroteknoloji as a Consultant in July 2023.
Eren holds degrees from the Mathematics department of Marmara University and from the Gastronomy department of Anadolu University. After working as an IT Manager at Yapı Endüstri Merkezi and Nova Reklamcılık for the first 2 years of his career, he worked as an IT director at Pamukbank for approximately 11 years, and then moved to Halbankası, where he worked as an IT director for 17 years. Eren, who later worked as a Consultant Software Developer at Softtech for about 2 years, joined Maroteknoloji in April 2024.
After receiving her Bachelors and Masters degrees from Yildiz Technical University’s Industrial Engineering programme, Bilmen worked as a Senior System Analyst at Demirbank for the first 6 years of her career. Later, she worked as a Business Consultant at Oyakbank for 6 years. She then worked as an IT Product Manager and Business Architect at ING and Akbank respectively for a total of 11 years. She then worked as Business Analysis Team Leader at BIS çözüm for 2 years. Bilmen joined Maroteknoloji as a Consultant in September 2021.
After graduating from Marmara University, Department of Economics, Turper worked as a Dealer in the Treasury units of İş bank, Turkinvest and Körfezbank in the first 3 years of her career. She then worked as an analyst at Intertech, Osmanlıbank, Egebank, Demirbank and HSBC for 23 years. After working in the Test project of a bank for 6 months with Maroteknoloji, she worked as an assistant manager at Payporter for 6 months. Turper joined Maroteknoloji as a Consultant in April 2023.
Doğan, who completed Anadolu University’s Business Administration programme, worked as a Customer Services Specialist at Akbasım Maatbacılık and as an Assistant Operations Specialist at Kentbank in the first 5 years of her career. Later, she worked as a System Development Specialist at Dış Bank for approximately 8 years. In the first 2 years of her career, she worked as a System Analyst at Logo Yazılım. Then, she held numerous Business Analyst and Project Manager positions in HSBC, Provus Yazılım, Oyan Bank, Millenium Bank for a total of 18 years. After working at Intertech as a Business Analyst for 1.5 years, Çetin joined Maroteknoloji as a Consultant in April 2022.
Tacar, who completed her undergraduate degree in the Department of Mathematics Engineering at Yıldız Technical University, worked as a Business Analyst and Project Leader at Yapı Kredi, Esbank, Yadas Yazılım and Demirbank respectively, for approximately 12 years of her career. Having completed her undergraduate and graduate programs in Gazi University, Department of Business Administration, Atlıhan started her career at Şekerbank and worked for nearly 20 years as Business Analyst Manager, Operations Manager, Retail Banking Sales Manager and again Business Analyst Manager. Later, she worked as a Business Analyst at Bulutera Teknoloji for 8 months. Atlıhan joined Maroteknoloji as a Consultant in April 2023.
After graduating from Anadolu University’s Economics programme, Gölhan worked as an IT Software Specialist in the retail and advertising sectors in the first 13 years of his career. Later, he worked as a Product Manager at Paycore for about 10 months. After working as an Expert Business Analyst in the digital banking domain at ICBC Bank, Merdan joined Maroteknoloji in March 2024.

He holds a Computer Engineering degree from Bilkent University. Postacıoğlu worked as a Software Engineer for about a year at Is Yatirim and later about 2 years at Credit Europe Bank. He then worked as a Project Engineer for about 3 years at Turktrust and Supervisor for 7 months at Sigortayeri. Postacıoğlu joined Maroteknoloji as a Consultant in April 2015.
Özarslan received his undergraduate degrees from Yıldız Technical University Computer Programming programme, and from Anadolu University Business Administration department, and his Masters degree in Management Information Systems from Beykent University. He worked at IT Help Desks of several companies during the first 4 years of his career. Afterwards, he worked as a Software Engineer for approximately 12 years at Sentez Yazılım, Defacto Teknoloji, Güler Consulting, Atez Software, Sertrans Logistics and Kafein Technology Companies. Özarslan joined Maroteknoloji as a Consultant in April 2021.
After graduating from Cyprus International University’s Computer Engineering programme, Evcen worked as a Software Developer at Halkbank in the first 6 years of his career. Later, he joined Mastercard for 2,5 years as a Senior Software Developer and continued at Turkey Finance Participation Bank as a Software Developer for 2,5 years. Evcen joined Maroteknoloji as a Consultant in May 2021
After graduating from Yildiz Technical University Computer Engineering programme, Tozduman began his career at Hitit Software Company as an Analyst Developer for 3 years. He then worked as a Business Intelligence Consultant at Philogica for 1,5 years and as an Assistant Manager at BNP Paribas Cardiff for a year. Finally he was the Assistant Manager at Fibabanka Datawarehouse team for 1,5 years and joined Maroteknoloji as a Consultant in August 2016.
After graduating from Izmir Institute of Technology Computer Engineering Department, Akpınar worked as a Software Specialist at Teknokom Elektronik in the first 2 years of his career. He then worked as a Senior Software Specialist at Accenture and Cybersoft for 1.5 years. Later, he worked as a Team Leader at Logo Yazılım and Definex for 7.5 years. Akpınar joined Maroteknoloji as a Consultant in May 2023.

Gökbayrak, who completed his undergraduate and graduate programs at Kocaeli University Electronics and Communication Engineering Department, worked as a Software Development Staff at PARS R&D Information Technologies for the first 2.5 years of his career. Later, he worked as a Software Engineer at Evstek Information Technologies for 3 years and as a Software Engineer at BSS Software and Consultancy for approximately 7 years. Gökbayrak joined Maroteknoloji as a Consultant in April 2024.
Deniz, who graduated from the Department of Economics at Anadolu University, worked as a Bank Operations Officer at Turklandbank for approximately 5 years, and afterwards as a Business Analyst in the same company for 9 years. Deniz, who then worked as a Senior Business Analyst at Finagotech, joined Maroteknoloji as a Consultant in March 2024.
Çorbacı received his degrees from Kapadokya University’s Computer Technologies and Programming programme, and in Business Administration from Anadolu University. He initially worked as a Software Engineer at Derin Software for about 4 years. He later worked as a Software Engineer at Evrensel Software for 4,5 years and then joined Maroteknoloji as a Consultant in December 2020.
After graduating from Anadolu University’s Economics programme, Girgin worked as a Bank Officer at İş Bank and continued on at Denizbank as an Officer in the first 11 years of his career. Later, he worked at Intertech for 3 years as a Business Analyst. Girgin joined Maroteknoloji as a Consultant in June 2021.
Aydın, who completed his undergraduate degree in Business Administration at Anadolu University, worked as an Operations and Deputy Manager at Denizbank for the first 9.5 years of his career. Later, he worked in Operations at Odeabank and Pashabank for 9.5 years. Aydın joined Maroteknoloji as a Consultant in June 2023.
After graduating from Yildiz Technical University’s Mathematics Engineering programme, Sarıbudak worked as a Software Specialist at the first 3 months of his career in CodeN Computer Engineering. He then worked as a Software Specialist at Fibabank for 4 years and joined Maroteknoloji as an Associate in June 2017.
After completing his degrees in Insurance at Kocaeli University and in Business Administration at Anadolu University, Özpay worked at Aegon Emeklilik as a Senior Operations Specialist during the first 7.5 years of his career and he then worked as a Systems Analyst for 2.5 years. Subsequently, he worked as a Senior Business Analyst at Agito Software for 2.5 years. In November 2021, Özpay joined Maroteknoloji as a Consultant.

Zeynep, who completed her Bachelors degree in Economics at Bartin University and her Masters degree in Economics at Adnan Menderes University, is currently continuing towards her second Masters degree in Management Information Systems at Istanbul University. She started her career as a Performance Development Specialist at Yapı Kredi Bank and worked for about 8 years. Then, after working for a year as a Business Analyst at DefineX, she joined Maroteknoloji as a Consultant in October 2022.
After graduating from Fatih University’s Mathematics programme, Tekinkaya worked as an IT Expert at Mobese for about 2 years of his career. He then worked as a Software Developer at TTG Software for about 6 years and joined Maroteknoloji as a Consultant in June 2021.
Solmaz, who completed his undergraduate degree in Kocaeli University’s Computer Engineering department, is working towards his Masters degree in Software Engineering department at the same university. Taş received his degrees from Çukurova University Computer Programming Department and from Trakya University Computer Engineering Department. Türkoğlu received her degree from İstanbul Aydın University’s Human Resources Management programme and later her Bachelors degree in Labor Economics and Industrial Relations from Anadolu University. She started her career as Human Resources Associate at Gülaylar Group. After working at Gulaylar Group for about 2 years, Türkoğlu joined Maroteknoloji as a Human Resources Associate January 2019.
Currently a university student, Dikine wanted to have an early start to her career. As such, she joined Maroteknoloji as the Administrative Services Specialist in July 2018.
After graduating from Beykent University’s Banking and Finance programme, Adam received her Master’s degree in International Business Administration from Marmara University. She started her Human Resources career as an in intern at UPS and Karaca. She worked as an Assistant Human Resources Specialist at Defacto, Earnst & Young and Maroteknoloji for a total of 1.5 years, and later worked as a Human Resources and Sales Specialist at ERC Yapı and Arslan İnşaat for about 2 years. Adam joined Maroteknoloji again in May 2022 as Human Resources Specialist.
After graduating from Istanbul Aydın University’s Child Development Department; she worked as a Kindergarden Teacher for about a year. She then worked as an Operations Support Specialist at Fiyuu for 8 months. After completing her 2 month internship at Maroteknoloji’s HR team, she joined fulltime as Human Resources Associate in January 2022.
She completed her degree at Istanbul Aydin University, Department of Human Resources Management. After working as a Human Resources Associate at Erdem Health Group and Babacan Holding for the first year of her career, she worked as a Payroll Associate at Rasyotek for 1 year. Kartal joined Maroteknoloji in March 2024 as Human Resources Assistant Specialist.
After graduating from İstanbul University’s Labor Relations and Industrial Relations Programme, Erk worked as an intern at OBSS’s Human Resources Department for 1 year. She joined Maroteknoloji as Human Resources Associate in October 2022.
Ertanış graduated from Istanbul University on 1997. She was responsible for production cycles for about 17 years in Uyguner, Kopuzlar, Emregallus ve Deschim companies; as production planning and process control leader and as project manager towards the adaptation of R&D work to the industry. Ertanış joined Maroteknoloji as Office Manager on March 2023.
