  • Managed the construction, electrical and technical design, equipment installation and 7/24 operation of four system centers for Finansbank (1999-2010)
  • Managed the total redesign of system and network infrastructure of Finansbank (2000)
  • Initiated and managed the key transformation project of Finansbank, which was the total re-design of the Core Banking System to provide business flexibility and competitive advantage. The product was developed in-house by utilizing innovative web technologies. The migration process covering all of the Bank’s divisions, branches and alternative delivery channels were successfully completed with no service interruption and the product has been operating flawlessly since then. It has the customer-branch-product relations in place, enables rapid product development and parametric definition of G/L, rates, commissions, interests, users and privileges, ease of integration with external systems. The product also enables high performance, scalable structure, ease of maintenance and operation, therefore offering productivity and savings on investments. (2000-2002)
  • Coordinated and sponsored the development of a complete suite of applications such as Payment Systems, Internet Banking, Contact Center, Document Management System, Credit Scoring System, CRM systems, Customer Profitability, etc. For Finansbank. Received government awards for several innovative projects such as fraud detection systems, CRM software, new generation internet banking among others. (2000-2010)
  • Established a Project Management Office in Finansbank with certified PM’s and customer relationship management discipline to improve communication between bankers and IT personnel. (2005)
  • Established the Business Process Excellence Division of Finansbank. Defined aspirations, created the process map of the Bank and launched 22 projects to improve end-to-end processes such as commercial loan underwriting, POS installation, insurance policy renewal, credit card limit evaluation & delivery, customer forms and agreements among others. (2009-2010)
  • Development of BPM module, which provides the automation, measuring and reengineering of business processes; redesign of the Software Life Cycle Process to serve the needs of BPM projects and implementation of very critical business processes such as Retail and Corporate Loans, Corporate Credit Card Applications, Corporate Collection and Promissory Notes, Collaterals. (2008-2010)

  • Managed the analysis phase of Social Networking and Inner Communication Platform Project which was then developed on Sharepoint 2010 Technology. (2010-2011)
  • Planned and managed the re-engineering projects for Corporate Loans Limit, Collateral, Loans under Legal Follow up and Foreign Trade modules of Corefinans. (2007-2011)
  • Planned the project of Customer and Sales Oriented Branch Screens and managed the first phase of the conversion from java based framework to rich client framework developed by .NET Technology (2010-2011).
  • Planned and managed the technology strategy, investments, projects and IT teams of Finans Factoring, Finans Emeklilik, Finansbank Malta, Finans Invest, Finans Leasing and others (2000-2010)
  • Planned and launched the Credit Limit and Risk integration project between Finansbank, Finans Factoring and Finans Leasing. (2011)
