Maroteknoloji Team Got Together at its Annual Strategy Meeting

As the Maroteknoloji family, we held our annual Strategy Meeting at Ortaköy’s Radisson Blu Bosphorus accompanied by breakfast.

In the morning session of our meeting, the team participated in teambuilding and soft skill training workshops with the leadership of Quadrant Learning Solutions. The afternoon session included presentations by our project teams on their successes, discussions around our 2020 strategies and human resources practices.

Maroteknoloji was at the X. Annual IT Governance & Audit Conference

The X. Annual Governance & Audit Conference was held on 6-7 March in Istanbul. Maroteknoloji Founder & Managing Partner Lale Maro was invited to join the SheLeadsTech panel in the afternoon session, along with other esteemed directors in the IT sector.

The panel focused on Gender Equality, one of UNDP’s Sustainable Development Goals, and how women can increase its presence in the world of technology. (March 2019)

The Bosphorus Palace Hosted Maroteknoloji for its Second Strategy Meeting of the Year

Maroteknoloji team came together in Beylerbeyi Bosphorus Palace Hotel in order to take a break from their busy work schedule and learn. The day started off with a “Confidence-Based Communication Workshop” lead by Füsun Kılınçlar of the Institute o Behavioral Studies. Later, ongoing projects were shared and reviewed by senior members of Maro team. The organization concluded with the Maroteknoloji Executive team sharing the Company’s 2019 strategies with its talented team. (November 2018)
